Aluminum alloy wire is widely used as filler materials in argon arc welding and oxyacetylene gas welding. 5183 aluminum wire is an alloy welding wire containing 5% magnesium. This series of aluminum alloy welding wire is a general-purpose welding material with a wide range of uses. It is suitable for welding of cast and wrought aluminum alloys with 5%.
Low temperature aluminum welding wire 5356 can weld white metals, including aluminum, aluminum alloys, cast aluminum, aluminum-magnesium alloys and dissimilar welding between the above metals. It is suitable for all-round welding of primary welding operators, and only needs a small heating device.

Applications
1. 5183 aluminum wire is a welding wire containing about 4.5% magnesium, which has the characteristics of high strength, good seawater corrosion resistance, and high fracture toughness. It is suitable for 5000 series, 6000 series, 7000 series bearing structural parts like marine grade aluminium 5083, 6061, 6063, 5086, 7005, 7039, etc.
It is for aluminum alloys welding in bicycles, aluminum scooters and other sports equipment, locomotive carriages, chemical pressure vessels, ordnance production, shipbuilding, aviation and other industries.
2. 5356 solid wire containing about 5% magnesium has high strength, good corrosion resistance, and good color matching degree after anodization. It is recommended for welding 5% magnesium cast and wrought aluminum alloys and 5000 series, some 6000 series, 7000 series deformed aluminum alloys, such as 5050, 5052, 5083, 5456, 6005A, 6061, 6063, 6082, 7005, etc.
