What is aluminum ribbed plate
Aluminum deck, superstructure, the inner and outer wall panels are usually composed of aluminum alloy plates and aluminum alloy profiles of various shapes, which are welded into an integral composite plate structure by argon arc welding.
For small or medium-sized ships, due to the large amount of argon arc welding, the welded aluminum alloy composite plate structure will produce particularly obvious wave deformation and concave and convex deformation, and it is very difficult to correct these deformations of aluminum alloy, which affects the construction quality and appearance of the ship.
